You may request an unlimited number of projects each month, but we will only work on one project in the queue at a time. If you need more than one project worked on at a time, Agency On-Demand will be a perfect fit for you.

There is no limit to the number of revisions you can request on a project. We want to make sure the finished product is one you’re happy with and proud to use for your business. 

Depending on the task you request, we’ll have you complete an Intake form that will give us everything we need to get started and produce a great finished piece. It’s important to be thorough and clear on these forms, because the better and more thorough the information you give us, the better the finished outcome will be.

Choosing the plan to suit your needs will depend on a few different factors, including your projected output for the month, marketing goals, and capacity. Whether you’re a solo entrepreneur, small business owner or part of a larger marketing team, Agency On-Demand has a plan to fit your needs. If you just need a project or two done each week, consider the Gold packages. Forecasting a heavier output? Then our Platinum packages will be right for you. Need a combination of graphics and copywriting, then Accelerator is the way to go. Here’s the best news – if you find you need to switch to a higher or lower package, you’re not locked in, and can make the change before your next billing date.

If you have a project in mind or have something you need us to start on right away, as soon as you get set up in your Client Portal, you can start your project request. There’s no need to wait. 

As part of your plan, you’ll be allowed unlimited revisions on each task you request. Any communication with our designer or writer will take place in your dedicated Client Portal. This way we can all track the conversations and project, from start to finish.

Any project that you request is your property. You’ll be able to use it as you see fit, it’s yours to keep.

Yes. Agency on Demand is a great addition to your team, without having to worry about adding an employee. We’ll help you scale your business by being able to take on more projects. You can also offer more types of solutions to your clients, solidifying your place as their go-to person to get things done. 

Yes, since there is no contract, you can cancel your plan at any time. You will still be able to finish out that month for projects, but you will not be billed for the following month. 

No, there are no hidden fees or surcharges. What you see on our pricing matrix is what you’ll pay. 

Yes, you can upgrade at any time. Just contact us and let us know it’s time for an upgrade, and we’ll adjust your account.
