While you can submit unlimited project requests per day, your Project Manager will add each into the queue and have the assigned copywriter and designer work on one project per day starting from top to bottom. This daily output can either be a new project from your requests or a revision from your previous projects. Please do note that if you are subscribed to a Gold or Platinum copywriting or graphics design plan, your assigned writer or designer can only work on one project on the top of the queue per day.
If there are urgent projects that you’d like to be completed at the same time, the Agency On-Demand plan is a better choice, as you can get your hands on both copywriting and design outputs and open up to four active projects at a time. With four active projects, you can expect to receive four daily updates.
