Whenever you submit a project request, you will first complete an intake form which serves as the roadmap for your assigned designer to follow. It contains complete details that spell out exactly the output that you are expecting which is why it should include your objectives for the design, target audience, scope of the project, format specifications, and branding guide. Whether you are a digital agency, a small business, or a solo entrepreneur, a thoroughly completed intake form will guarantee the project’s success.
Here are a few things that can help you in structuring a perfect answer for the intake form:
- Describe your business in bullet form and give us an overview of your vision, mission, core values, and competitors.
- Define the design project’s scope by providing details such as where and how you plan to use the design, the exact copy/wording you want to include, and if there are existing templates or assets you want your designer to use.
- If you already have an established Brand Profile, be sure to link it as you complete the intake form.
- Have or saw a sample that caught your attention? Send in links or upload visual examples you want us to draw inspiration from.
Once the intake form is complete, click on the Submit button and wait for your Project Manager to add this into the queue. If you need to meet a deadline and have your designer work on this project first, update the queue priority by clicking on the grid area from the Projects and drag and drop it on the first slot.
