To do this, review the delivered items and provide feedback that is clear, specific, and objective. Nothing is more important than being able to share your thoughts with us, as this will help our team to work on the same page as you and deliver results that will meet expectations.
To do this, you must provide comments that go beyond vague lines such as “I do not like this copy” or “the content is messed up.” Instead, you must consider identifying specific issues regarding the project output and provide summarized goals in bullet format for the revisions you are expecting. To give effective feedback:
- Prioritize your comments, starting with the bigger concerns such as the structure, word choice, and the quality of the arguments.
- Get to the point and clearly indicate what you want to be changed. If you have trouble expressing it, you may send a screenshot with sketches or a screen record.
- Since the assigned writer will give you a daily update, you are free to give prompt feedback in order to prevent mistakes in terms of mechanics and stylistic problems.
- Remain kind and respectful at all times. Consider structuring your message in a “sandwich” form, wherein you will start with a positive comment, followed by the corrective feedback, and ending it with a positive or appreciative statement.
